Getting Started

To get started you need to create an account with Knowledge-Mine. There are two types of accounts: Seekers and Providers.

The Seeker Account is for all knowledge seekers who are in search of specialist answers to their questions. To qualify for complete registration you need to complete a questionnaire. The basic registration criteria require all Seekers to be in a position to potentially make use of the Providers services. In addition you are also required to have a valid e-mail address for answer alerts.

The Provider Account is for Consultants, Specialists, Service and Equipment providers. To qualify for complete registration you need to complete a questionnaire. The basic registration criteria will screen the Providers based on education, experience and training to ensure the quality and reliability of all the answers to the Seekers. In addition you also require a valid e-mail address, company logo and website.

Once you completed the initial registration you will be able to optimize your user account.
